STORE POLICIES

At Isla María we want our customers to receive the best service during their purchase so that they always want to return with us. That is why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you will find a list of our policies. If there is any information that is not in the list, contact us and we will help you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All you need to know

  • Changes are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. The garments must be in optimal condition, have the labels on and the hygienic protector in place, in addition to presenting proof of payment.

  • Any changes will be made in our showroom Av Grau 255 Miraflores.

  • If you cannot approach the showroom to make any changes, send us an email to contacto@islamaria.com.pe with the details and we will gladly assist you.

  • The shipping of any changes must be paid for by the customer.

  • No money refunds are made

IMPORTANT

  • Only one change per product is allowed.

  • The change of products purchased in our Outlet and / or with a Final Price label does not proceed.

  • The change of products purchased on days of special discounts is not applicable.

  • Isla María reserves the right to reject visibly damaged packaging and garments.
